Homemade Natural Antibiotic Spread
Honey And Everyday Foods As Medicine
This Homemade Natural Antibiotic Spread is a surprisingly delicious combination. There are five ingredients in this recipe but if you only have four it will still be effective. Some of these natural antibiotics are bought and stored for use but most are right in our kitchen. I came up with this concoction two years ago and have found that it really works very well. I think you will find out for yourself just how easy it is to help yourself get well.
What Is In Homemade Natural Antibiotic Spread
Some of these natural remedies go back for thousands of years but people continue to go to the doctor for everything. For instance like honey! I know vegans don’t eat honey or not very much of it. Although, I do use local honey for very special dishes and medicines like this one. It is extremely helpful for medicinal purposes because it is a natural antibiotic, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. Check your local honey suppliers before buying it in the store. Local farmers take much better care of their bees and feed them the right kinds of foods. Plus, it helps to have it local to help with allergies.
There is more and more being found about fresh herbs that are very helpful for a slew of health fighting benefits. Like fresh dill, thyme, rosemary, basil, oregano, marjoram, and others that are not herbs such as clove, ginger, garlic, onion, turmeric, black pepper and even certain salts. Not to mention all the health benefits of oils. The list goes on and on!
I focused on honey, fresh garlic, thyme, olive oil, and oil of oregano for this recipe. It was hard to come up with a concoction for us when we would get sick that actually tasted good. This is one of the handful of recipes that I have come up with. With flu season upon us I thought now would be a good time to come out with this one.
How To Make Homemade Natural Antibiotic Spread
This recipe is so easy you may chuckle. Although, there is a trick to making this that will help in the mixing. The first ingredient has to be the olive oil in the small bowl. The only reason being is that the honey sticks to everything. This allows the honey to not stick to the bowl as much. It will be a bit of stirring to incorporate the oils and the honey but it will be great in the end. Besides it doesn’t have to be perfectly mingled together, just enough to be able to spread in on the toast. It will be a little runny and seep through the toast a little. Just try to pick up as much as you can with the bread and get it all in.
Oil Of Oregano
I find in my repertoire of natural medicines that oil of oregano is a must have. It is so powerful for healing. It is quite spicy and burns the mouth a little, I use 5 to 8 drops in this recipe. The amount I use in this remedy all depends who I am making it for. I know how strong it can be so I give myself more drops but for those who are not use to it use in sparingly at first or they might not like this remedy. This is the brand that I use below. You can find it on Amazon. It is a small bottle but it goes a long ways.
When To Take This Antibiotic Spread
If you are a friend to fresh garlic then this is the garlic toast for you! I use 3 medium to large garlic cloves. It sounds like a lot but it all does the trick. Mix this all together and put it on your favorite toast. Believe me in some odd way you are going to crave this and want to have more. But! Eat this a half hour before a meal and only have one of these spreads a day. You don’t want to get your body use to it or it won’t work. I will make some more healing remedy concoctions on here again soon. The way I take these remedies is to alternate after 3 days and use a different one. This will help the medicinal properties to stay powerful.
I am not a doctor and I don’t pretend to be one. I just research A LOT! If you are very sick please see a doctor. This is just a jump starter to help heal you into the right direction and it may just take care of the problem.
I intend to make more of these remedies so stay tuned for more updates.
