How To Make Blueberry Kiwi Salad
There is really nothing hard about creating this fruit salad. The only thing is picking out good fresh berries and kiwi. I highly recommend buying organic because it has so much more taste and way more healthy to eat. I find that if I check the expiration date and check the bottom of the plastic carton to see if there are any spoiled fruit is my best pick for buying berries. The berries also has to look plump.
Kiwi is a breed of its own. There are golden kiwi or green kiwi’s. They are both the same in flavor but the I find the texture of the golden to be a little more slimy. Most people can’t tell the difference but I can. May be it is just me.

Pomegranates are such amazing little powerhouses of nutrition. When picking out a pomegranate make sure it is a little soft to the squeeze. It should not be too hard before cutting open. I find that it is perfect when the outside is starting to concave a little. This is when it is starting to ripen and the juicy covered seeds will be plump inside. Don’t worry about chewing and swallowing up these seeds. They are harmless to ingest. No need to wash them, just eat them right out of the cut open fruit.
You can top this fruit salad with agave sweetener or your favorite sweetener. This fruit salad is also delicious on your favorite vegan vanilla ice cream as well as topped it with vegan whip cream. Love it! I hope you like this Blueberry Blackberry Kiwi Salad as much as we do. Enjoy!
