How To Make Chia Seed Pudding

Chia seed pudding is one of the easiest things to make. Just add 1/2 cup of your choice of plant base milk, (I like coconut) 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, 1/2 tsp maple syrup or your choice of sweetener, 1/2 tsp vanilla. Mix it all together and let it sit for 5 minutes. Whisk it lightly to get the lumps out and then put it in the refrigerator until the next day or for at least 6 to 8 hours. Take it out and there you have your chia seed pudding. Add any of your favorite toppings.
